Debra is an IRS Enrolled Agent (EA) licensed by the US Department of the Treasury as a tax expert authorized to represent taxpayers before the IRS. All 50 states recognize the Enrolled Agent designation due to this Federal licensure. Considering three countries home, she is uniquely qualified to understand the intricacies of US tax for international taxpayers.
Growing up in family businesses in Canada, Ireland, and the United States, as well as being an entrepreneur and business owner herself, Debra offers clients a true understanding of the trials and frustrations business owner’s experience, and the reality of entrepreneurship.
Debra has over 15 years of dedicated experience providing US tax consulting, compliance, and representation services to both domestic and international individuals, businesses, and accounting firms such as Westmark Tax Group, Grant Thornton, LLP and CACG, PC. Utilizing her unique designation as an EA she is practiced in dealing with the IRS in the realm of appeals and taxpayer advocacy. She has extensive experience with US foreign information reporting.
Returning to the US from Canada in 2015, Debra currently resides in the Los Angeles Metropolitan area.
